Since 1946, the Finnish Real Estate Agents’ Association (SKVL) has worked as a lobbying and service organisation for entrepreneurs in the real estate brokerage sector. Throughout its history, SKVL has worked to ensure that Finland has well-trained real estate agents who value their profession. At the same time, SKVL has contributed to ensuring that everyone involved in a property transaction always has the freedom to choose which professional to use.
The Finnish Real Estate Agents’ Association (SKVL) supervises the activities of its member companies in addition to the Regional State Administrative Agencies and requires that the member companies work in accordance with the brokerage legislation and good agency practice.
