SKVL Quality Authorisation

Experience and training for quality

The Finnish Real Estate Agents’ Association (SKVL) has focused on promoting the quality of its member companies’ operations and skills through the regular training of its members. SKVL Quality Authorisation enables those working in the real estate brokerage sector to demonstrate their professional competence and expertise. SKVL Authorised Quality Companies, SKVL Quality-Trained Salespersons and SKVL Quality-Authorised Estate Agents are trained experts in the brokerage sector.  

Only those who meet the requirements for SKVL Quality Authorisation are entitled to use the SKVL Quality Authorisation logo in their operations.  

Confidence and security  

An SKVL quality-authorised service provider guarantees its clients a reliable, safe and professional service and works in accordance with SKVL guidelines, the law, good agency practice and the code of conduct for real estate agents.  

SKVL Quality-Authorised Estate Agent  

A certified real estate agent has an LKV qualification and several years of experience in the field. SKVL Quality–Authorised Estate Agents maintain their competence by attending various law training courses on a regular basis each year.  

SKVL Quality-Trained Salesperson  

A certified salesperson has several years of experience in the real estate agency sector and possibly some other training in estate agency (KiLAT, KiAT and/or KED). The SKVL Quality-Trained Salesperson maintains his/her regular skills by attending various law training courses every year.  

SKVL Authorised Quality Company  

SKVL Quality Companies are staffed by professionals in the brokerage sector, most of whom have a quality authorisation. By choosing an SKVL Authorised Quality Company, you can be confident that you will receive professional and expert service for the most important transaction of your life.

SKVL had a quality system in place from 2000 to 2022. This quality system has been replaced by SKVL Quality Authorisation.
